Could I throw another HD into my tower and run both at once swapping between the 2? I got quad cores any way I could dedicate 2 to each? 8gbs of ram so 4 to each. I'm a techy person so feel free to use tech talk :P

You mean to use the same computer to act as two separate systems?
If that's what you mean, the answer is no. It's not possible.

If you want to install X os on hdd1 and X os on hdd2 and switch between the two, it's possible.
