Hi all

sometime ago i accidentally bumped (not posted!) 3 topics too fast
all was closed because of top 50 rule
all was closed almost immediately

ok, it was my fault, i can eat this

but...
i still notice that a lot of players break this rule again and again - with even more than 3 topics in top 50
i report his topics/last bumps - but nothing happens
many times, and all the day - in the morning, in the evening - time doesn't matter
how does it exactly work?

i don't want to waste my time for reports if this feature is only for mod's friends

but say nothing about equlity here, plz

The moderators can't catch everything, however it's extremely important to continue to report those topics. Without your report, it's even less likely that the topics will be closed.
I can assure you that those topics will eventually be looked at

A rule violation is a rule violation, no matter what it is or who is doing it.

Also to clarify, you're allowed to have 2 topics in the top 50. Three or more is a violation. (Unless this is in Ladder Slasher Trading Hall)

You have to report all of the topics that are in the top 50 with the report button with the reason ( Too many topics in top 50 ) . A moderator will check them out if he got time. Moderators are very busy and got very much to do , they cant check every report .

Here are the Trading Rules to read them again. If you follow them nobody will close a topic of you again and you can trade without any problems .

If there are bigger violations like piracy / porn etc you can pm them to a Trademoderator or tradeassistent. Here you can see Where to report if..

but dont pm them because of spam / wrong forum / top 50 / early bump^^

i understand rules, believe me

and I use button (reason ( Too many topics in top 50 ))

to clarify - i never seen any mod's actions after my reports
that's why i am asking
and it sux anyway - because top 50 rule can be easily automated/programmed as too-fast-posting is

Not all consequences are public like warns are.

If you report it the thread will be looked at and handled how the mod sees fit.

Extreme rule violations can be sent directly to a mod via PM but for the most part just report it and forget about it.

There is protocol to follow and it has nothing to do with favoritism.

Use the report button when it is appropriate to do so. It is not a waste of time and vital tool in keeping the site as clean as possible.
