Ok so i entered a sweepstakes a couple weeks ago and they just called me today and said i won this cruise, said everything is all free but im responsible to pay the taxes and the port reservation fee (which they said is no more than 250 per person)

idk if this is a scam or not

i looked up the business in the BBB and they have been around since 1991 but have had over 80 complaints in the past 3 years, but it wont tell me for what reason specifically


id like some insight on this please and thanks

Doesn't sound too legit, i'd do some more research on this company before agreeing to pay the fees

Scam imo.

Nothing in life is ever free.

Its not free if you have to pay to go its timeshare scheme or something like it.

Sounds like one of those time share scams.

well i inquired about both when i talked to them on the phone, they said i dont have to pay anything untill i book the cruise (and i have a year to book it) and all i have to do is a 100$ down payment for each person, so 200$ which will go towards the taxes and port fees etc.
and they said its no timeshare or anhyting like that

i also asked about any hidden fees and they told me just the two i listed above (and alcohol of course)

i actually won the same cruise a few years back i registered at a restaraunt and they called me 2 but i didnt fool with it

yea i registered at the milwaukee breweres game just a few weeks ago

i dont htink a professional baseball team would endorse a scam would you?
