To provide you with an answer: Blizzard has not officially announced a release date for Diablo III, yet. However, they said that their aim is a release in 2011 - but it can't be assured.

Yeah, I knew that. I have been away from Diablo II for awhile now and just wanted to see if I missed anything.

I believe near next month.
