so, my m8 GODSKILL (http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=704810) got keylogged a while ago, as you can see

he lost about 50k fg I believe

He've tried to recover his account several times but no one is really helping him out

when I got keylogged myself it only took 3 weeks for me to get my acc back, can't u guys (mods & admin) do anything in this case? :S

really annoys me that my m8 got keylogged and wont even get the account back

has he tried using the contact feature at the bottom of the screen?

He must present as much proof and information as possible to prove he is the owner of the account.

I think so, im pretty sure since I told him to do that several times

and yea, think he adds all the proof rly, but he never bought any fg on this site for real money so he can't prove its him by telling njag his paypal account or something

Your friends account security was up to him to maintain.

All he can do is use the contact feature and provide all possible evidence he has.

Without having a PP account on file there isn't a whole lot he can do to prove anything.

Every little detail he can think of regarding his account should be included in his contact message.

When using the contact feature, make sure that he includes specific things that only the true account owner would know.

Also, please make sure that he doesn't make any other accounts!

I heard things like pictures (signatures & avatars) can hold a keylogger so its possible to get keylogged on this site, if thats true

And is it even possible to get your Jsp acc back if you cant provide with a PP account?

No, it is not possible for your friend to retrieve his account back unless he has done everything that everybody else has mentioned. Paul{njaguar} does not offer account assistance personally either, so it was your friend's own responsibility. GL to him.
