My webcam is upside down on my laptop :( .

I called the company and all they did was send me a list of directions to follow which do not work....

Directions they sent me:
Camera Fix -
1. Go to device manager (right click on My Computer > Manage > Device manager.)
2. Within device manager, click on Imaging devices.
3. Right click on USB 2.0.1.3M UVC WebCam.
4. Select disable (do NOT allow the PC to reboot at this point.)
5. Right click again on the device and select Uninstall this time. Make sure you check "Delete the driver software for this device"
6. Now you can reboot.
7. Windows 7 will autodetect the device and attempt to load the drivers for it.
8. Stop the process when the dialog asks to use Windows update.
9. Go here to download the Windows 7 driver: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us&model=Camera
10. The one to download for Windows 7 x64 is version 61.5.200.310.
11. Point the update to the folder where you put that driver.
12. Reboot.
13. Image is now right side up

Can anyone help me :( !?

ummm im pretty sure theres a setting within the webcam itself that say revert or somthing like that if its checked or highlighted that'd be the problem.

I just gave him a program to invert his cam, it's fixed

he had no webcam software on the comp, I assume it flipped it somewhere and the program got uninstalled somehow and he wasn't able to invert it back
