anyone know how to post pictures from imageshack?

Try using "Photobucket", It's very simple to use. You have to use this:

[img]your image[/img]

If you got problems with imageshack just use another one.
If you still want to use it try the "direct link" or right click on the picture and "copy graphic URL".
After you've copied you can put the URL between [img][/img].
