Is there a way that you can clear a trade after it has been done?

If there's nothing left to trade, let the thread die. It'll eventually be moved to Archives.

Or you can simply say ''all sold''

If your question is asking if one can delete a trade topic once it has been finished, then no, it cannot be done.
