While browsing through the trade forums, I saw a lot of people who put "+1". Why would they? What does that mean? Haha.

These D2JSP members are trying to increase their post count by one. In other words, these D2JSP members are spamming the forums and one can usually see this via a spam topic that is unrelated to the forum or idea of a topic related to the forum.
