I've looking through the threads, but I haven't seen anything about it.
I says it'll bump my trades in ~4 hrs.. and I have no idea what that is..

In the trading grounds you're able to bump your topic every 4 hours. A bump button will appear next to where it says "Add Reply".

As the others have said, it stands for "Bring up my post"

Essentially anytime you post it's a bump. (others have posted what it stands for)

Making a post brings it to the top of the list thus making it more visible to browsers of that section.

So basically what it does is you click the bump and it brings it to the top of the list so that everyone can see it again instead of going through 12,000 pages of trades?
