How i can report ppl without a topc in general help ? I cant Pm any staff member and i cant use report button?

If its anything of major concern, make a topic here and one of us will forward it to an appropriate staff member

If your reporting them about flaming or anything derogatory just pm a moderator with your issue , they'll try to solve it
