I am assuming your are basing your question around the "Diablo II" client. My advise to you is to make your realm games last as long as possible when MFing and when Xfering, etc. Also, if you do earn a RD, then do not try to log into Battle.Net every ten minutes or so; Try waiting an hour or two. If that is not helping, then you have to wait a few days or sometimes even weeks before you can successfully log back in depending on the seriousness of your restriction. Good luck.
