I accidentally got some lightscribe discs, and I just tested out my lightscribe burner for the first time. Holy crap the image quality looks like crap. Is this just how it works, or did I do something wrong here?

That is what it's supposed to look like man and make sure that you checked your lightscribe software settings for anything that you are not happy with. Try visiting the website that I have provided for you:
