How come when i hotkey town portal, and try to cast it. nothing happens but my character casting blanks

Check your cube if you got a TP there..?

It might be a minor bug, but I remember sometimes it wouldnt cast. I've heard dropping the TP Tome on the ground then picking it up again would usually fix it.
