ive been trying for weeks to recover my email and password (i still remember my gold password at least)

ive been denied by email recovery three times, and i cant recover my password without my registered email.

what can i do? i pm'd njaguar and he sent me here.

i fear that if i accidentally log out somehow by clearing cookies or whatever that ill lose my account

seems unfair that i can stay logged in but have no way of obtaining my registered email and account password.

Sounds like one of your best options is to recover your account:

Select the first option since you don't know your registered email.
Be sure to provide information that only you, the owner of your account, would know. This could include tracked topics, date purchases of orbs, etc.
As you have said, you've been denied several times so be sure to include as much information as possible. The more the better.

Either that or use the Contact feature in order to further explain the problem.

Thanks, I tried the contact feature just now for the first time, hopefully that will yield some results.

As far as the account recovery option, I've provided as much info as I could possibly provide, even my gold password at one point to no avail.

I'm not sure what else I can possibly add to further my chances of recovering my information.

You should try to change ur email, you can do this so many times until you hit with the right email, just make sure the new email is properly spelled, or you risk losing your account.

If you don't remember your old email there might be an issue!

yep i clearly stated that i don't remember my old email. i just cant remember what it was.. it really blows

I know u don't, but from what you have seen you can not get anything with the recovery forums, so can't you just try to remember your old email?

You have to Activate your account, and your account is not even older then 6 months, did you forget the old email address on 6 months?

yes, ive been trying to remember it for weeks, i just simply cannot remember. the same way ive been trying to remember my account password for weeks

My account has been logged in ever since i created it, so i have never had the need to log in.

really sucks, i want to donate 10 dollars for FG but not at the risk of someday accidentally logging out and losing my account for good

The best tip I can provide is always save your account name + password(s) on a seperate notepad somewhere on your desktop.

It's the most simple advice, but effective. And doing so, you won't have to worry about forgetting anything.

Did you create a separate email for your jsp acc?

Try enter this folder to see some of your emails accessed on MSN, you might find your email in here
C:\Documents and Settings\YourAccount!\Local settings(or something like that)\Application Data\Microsoft\Messenger


Then you could also try some MSPassword recovery tools, in order to find your email

thanks for the info but i know for a fact the account i used to register this jsp account was not on msn or hotmail, it was on either Gmail or yahoo mail, can't remember which but im certain it was one or the other
