How do I go about getting unlocked. I paid back scams awhile ago. Any help would be great.

Stating that you have paid back your scams and are awaiting further instructions. Then a mod will look it over and let you know what steps to take

However, I have heard that just being a really good user will help you get unlocked if you've paid off scams... help in different forums, be friendly, follow rules etc.

Since uve already payed back ur scams, its now a waiting process

There's no set time on getting unlocked, no Maximum, no Minimum times

Be Patient, follow all the site rules, Keep a good - posative attitude, Help out where/when u can.... U should continue to PM Bobdave every 30days as instructed

Ur objective is to prove to the Staff that u have changer ur ways & deserve a second chance to get unlocked

Generally when someone is locked it is due to breaking the rules of JSP which can be reviewed here http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=9

Since you have become "untrusted" in a way, you must prove yourself again to not only the moderators but also to the community of JSP.

First pm a moderator and let him know your situation. From there you must wait until your case is reviewed which can take quite a long time. Moderators are very busy individuals and usually have a lot on their plate

I posted where archmage suggested posting. No one else helped because I cant pm and I do not know who Bobdave is or how to go about pming him.

You cannnot PM him at 80% so since you've already created a topc in the why am I locked section, you need to patiently wait for a response.
