What do you mean you cant click anything? then how you opend the IE ?

Is there any way you some how locked your desktop ? if so try restarting your computer .
If restarting doesnt help replay here again , mean while I will google this.

Try pressing the Window's Key + L to unlock it/.

Open up Task Manager, find the process called explorer.exe and end that process. Now switch to the Applications tab --> New Task --> Type in explorer.exe and click "ok" to reload the desktop.
