Hello Guys!

I'am considering formating my laptop, and i was wondering if there is an possibility that i could make a folder, where i can put my music, movies, and pictures on my computer, so they wont get removed / Deleted when im formating my laptop!

broke my extern harddisc :(!

No not possible when you formate your Laptop's Harddisc eveything will be deleted
Only way to save some of your files you dont want to be deleted buy new Extern Harddisc
Or ofc depending how mush files you want to safe you can use an Ipod or Mp3 Aswell

Alternativly you can partition your existing drive, using somthing like partition magic, then copy accross to the partition the files you want to keep, then format the C drive.

I would personally copy to an external drive but its an option

this!

One other solution is to you just reinstall windows to an other folder and run it from there, then remove everything you do not want to have by hand (incl ur old windows) :)

Keep in mind if you ever reformat your machine again that you can burn all of the data files that you don't want removed from your machine into compact discs.
