Yeah okay so when i download certain things that are .rar it comes up in my Downloads folder. (windows 7) As a blank peice of paper with a folded corner i try to open but it cant. Does this mean i need Win-Rar? Where do i get winrar?

Are you running 32 bit or 64 bit windows?

download 7zip it's better, faster.. managed by a lot more people.. winrar is like 5 years out of date and it wants you to pay for it everytime you use it (which you just click the x on)
