Try to delete your cache&cookies, and at the same time, log out of d2jsp, restart computer and get back in, it should fix your issue.

There is a post delay for a reason. Even if something was glitching on your computer the site wouldn't allow the double post.

If this continues to happen, then simply re install your web browser, update your web browser or change to a different web browser. Good luck kind person of D2JSP.
