whenn i go on youtube it doesnt load but all other windows load except youtube, helps ;[

Try to delete your cache&cookies first of all.
Edit: Not sure if you mean the website itself or that the videos don't load. If latter, update your flash player, just like mentioned below.

mostly it happens due to outdated flash player because youtube videos are flv flash videos you need latest flash players please update them using below link according to your browser

You have to re install the proper updates for your web browser and clear your browsing history completely, which will clear your cache. Good luck.
