so i had a power cut like all day bros
i got some ice cream in the freezer
it all melted and shit
its ben and jerry fish food btw (the low fat one)
is there an way i can speed up the freezing of it like a reverse microwave?
and also, is it save to eat ice cream dat melted and froze over again?

You should definitely not eat the ice cream if it already melted completely and rested for some time. It's a paradise for germs.

i suggest you dont eat something that is freezed twice.

If the ice cream has been melted for a very long time, then it is not safe to refreeze and eat, but if it has been melted for a few minutes and then frozen again, then it is safe. The only way you can get it to be frozen in a very speedy manner would be to take a zip bag and fill it with some ice cubes and shake it extremely well and your melted ice cream should revert to its "a bit hardened" texture.
