laptop problems

using a GIGABYTE Q1580P notebook, and when I pull the charging cable out of the laptop my whole pc freezes. So the power cable must always be in.

I'm thinking its a power supply problem??? Or RAM?

Anyone know?

Try run it without the battery once, this reminds me of a battery issue

If it fails to start without the power cable being plugged in, your battery is most likely fried.

You have to stop using your battery and get it replaced, but since your laptop is freezing, then there might be an issue with your motherboard or CPU. Good luck man and you should take your laptop somewhere to get it checked out if and only if when you replace your battery, your issue ensues.
