I suffer extremely bad from allergies and sinus attacks.

I can take up to 3 anti histimens and still feel like my whole face is still stuffy and hurts and my nose, eyes burn intesnley. this is even worse without the allergen medicine.

I've been taking xyzal for the past 2 months it helped, but its prescription and I ended the course. It wasn't too bad.

Anything over the counter that I can buy that can help nutrilize this ever growing pain?

Pretty much fatigues me and makes me incapable of enjoying my day :/

Go see a specialist, perform alergy tests.. change medicines.

Going to a local pharmacist would be highly recommended. Even if it's only asking for tips on remedies. Possibly they can give you more insight if there's any over the counter meds you can take for it.

Try doing something to clear your sinuses like halls cough drops and such. Once its cleared up over the counter zyrtec works wonders. Even try putting some like vick's vapor rub on your chest to help clear them

Try something without an antihistamine. Works much better for my girlfriend.

Cough drops, constantly wash your face or something. What kind of allergies
