If I have warn for calling a scammer a scammer and then he got tagged, am I still held accountable for flaming and calling him a scammer?

Yes you would as you are still flaming and spamming

Spamming the forum grounds for any reason is still spam. For example, if somebody insults you and you reply to their reply, then you are spamming and feeding the spammers' urge to spam more.

Correct. I mean you did verbally attack said person , no matter how small , Id agree with austin , Contact a moderator too discuss this.

I never called him anything other than a scammer, and that was to warn other users not to trade with him until my scammer accusation was looked at.
Protecting d2jsp users is more important than my warn, and the reason I did it was not to spam, but to help friends out.

Still posted it and is considered flame/spam no matter how little it was , Im sorry you feel harshly about it try pming a moderator

The S/A is the one and only place that accusations are to be made.

They are to be made with evidence not flames and insults.

Scammer tags are to label scammers not other members.

Despite him eventually becoming locked that does not change the fact that you flamed him.

The rules are not to be disregarded just because of a persons status on the site.

Treat ALL users with respect and you will not find yourself in any more situations like this.
