EDITTT:::

How do I make a grid so that the outline of the cells is seen so it puts the boxes around them when I print so it's more organized?

File > Page Setup > Check Landscape

Let me know if that works, I use a Mac so it could be different! :)

If I remember its Ctrl + P (to bring up print options) --> then select the ladscape setting

If that doesn't work go File --> Page Setup & look for landscape setting

For Excel 2007

Select the worksheet or worksheets for which you want to change the orientation.
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Orientation, and then click Portrait or Landscape.

Note : If you don't have a printer set up, the Orientation option will appear dimmed, and you won't be able to select it. To resolve this, you must set up a printer by finding and installing printer drivers for Windows Vista or finding printer drivers for Windows XP. The option also appears dimmed when you're in process of editing the contents of a cell. To resolve this, press ENTER to accept the changes or ESC to cancel the changes.

There should be an option to "show Gridline" under page setup or format cells

U can also click on the grid box on the top right after highlighting the designated area u want to show gridlines
