Does anyone know a good program for recording / editing music / vocals?

Money isnt a problem.

Magix Music Maker 17 is pretty good. There is practically nothing you can not do with it.

I recommend you use "Camstasia Studio" kind person of D2JSP. I use it and it is wonderful and you may record your machine's screen, video games and musicks/ vocals via audio editing:

Although this is not strictly for audio recording, it can work wonders if you ever decide to mix audio with sound.

Used to use camtasia, isnt reallty cutting anymore

Adobe had a product called Audition. Not sure how good it is.

Pro Tools is top notch as far as I know. I think you need certain hardware to use it too though.
