since i can't pm you (i would, but yeah) why is it i can't get it removed now? it's been like 4 months and i've been trying to not flame since i was originally told no the first time

Warns stack up once you get a high amount, so it could be that yours hasn't be reduced at all and if it hasn't continue following all the rules and you should be scheduled for removal right on time with no delays.
