I've gotten that same message before, and it's pretty much a realm down.

However, if you don't try to log on for 10-15 mins it usually goes away (in my experiences anyways)

The more that you try to connect to Battle.Net, the more you will exacerbate your situation kind person. Disconnect and re connect your internet connection and then wait a few days or a week or two if possible and your issue should disappear.

Only works if you have a dynamic IP. You can also simply unplug your router for some minutes and reconnect.
Furthermore, delete your bnet cache.
