Okay so I went to the doctor for pains I'm getting in the sides of my stomach to the left of my belly button and right I have not gotten my results back but I'm ponderin if it could just be that I am constipated do you normally get pains in both the sides of your stomach just below the rib cage or is it normally just one big pain ?

Usually more discomfort than actual pain when constipated.

You also could possibly have an ulcer which can be painful quite often.

your most likely constipated far up into your intestines,


Do you lose breath easily?
and is the cramp like a running cramp?

try some sort of things that clean out your system.. IE green tea / acai berries or anything high in fiber.

avoid things like cheese.
