So, I just Re-installed my Windows, and wanted to install Diablo II now - but I still getting this when trying to connect to Battle.net -

I am running as Admin, and Windows Xp Service Pack 3 - It should work... it did work well before I did Re-install Windows.

if the step above didn't work, delete your bncache in your diablo II folder, after that you just have to reset your rooter

Tried to delete it, and also restarted my router - still doesn't work...

I remember before I also had some issue with Diablo II, and I did something with some ''Strings'' or what it was called.

Maybe you got some problems with your internet?
Otherwise you could check your firewall.
Maybe the firewall block the port from this game.

I got internet for sure.

How do I check my firewall if it blocks on windows 7 ?

I still got this problem, have re-installed few times, still won't work....
