I am starting a new job tomorrow and my friends have been making fun of my neck beard

is it really that dissatisfying?

I trim all of my beard with a #2 guard and have a thicker goatee

Also if neck beards are unacceptable, where should I clean shave to?

help plz

It just doesn't look professional. Shave it all off.

You do not to unless your employer tells you to do so, but some people might think that that is an unprofessional look.

my thing is I have very coarse facial hair and razors really irritate my skin

so but the time I am what I would consider clean shaven(take a card and scrape it accross your face with no stubble)

my face is irritated red and my neck usually is broken out into little razor rash bumps

Most employments in warehouse or refineries require it. So it could pose a safety hazard. And as like Legacy said, most jobs demand you to look professional.

I think it is fitting to my facial structure/pre existing head hair and hairline

Just because it fits your structure, doesn't mean it's professional.

What kind of job is it?
