If it has been 7 days and you're warn removal is still pending, kindly PM hapycmpr and ask him to look in to your pending removal request.

Until 70%, you can request a removal in your warn logs by your own.
Edit: Seems like I misunderstood your question. However, Kampy already posted all the necessary information. :)
