Like in your previous GH topic, I stated that you need to re install your machine and reset it to its manufacturer conditions to re install any corrupted or missing data files; Doing so will fix your issue kind person of D2JSP. When you restart your machine, if you are not prompted via the "F" keys to initiate a system re install/ reboot, then you need to have a copy of your machine's system re install CD to do this.
