Why I got suspended yesterday for saying the word "niggas"

Where I come from, the word means the same as "guys" or "buds"

Why the hell does that deserve a suspention?

Did you take it out of context or what?

We needed one more player for our game, and I said "+1 niggas", and kept quoting it.

Is there something wrong with what I did or..?

Some people take offense to that word, doesn't seem out of line to get in trouble to me. If you said that where I am from, you would be in a big mess.

It's a very offensive word in most places, even though it may just mean "guys" to you it doesn't meant that to most others

Some words or links are not allowed on this site and you could get automatically a suspend.
If you recieved warn for it you can take a look in your warn logs.

No flaming, insults, racism, degrading content, bullying, intimidation, harassment, or threats.

It definitely falls into violation of this rule as it is a racial slur.

That term is a derogitory term used to insult members of a specific race

& can be viewed as flame/personal attack by members of the site/staff

However if u feel ur suspension was issued unfairly/unjustly

What I said is COMPLETELY different.

Everybody knows that niggas is not racist and is not offensive.. it is a joke if anything.

Either way it's a controversial term and shouldn't be used at all in public casual conversation.

You may not find it offensive but I know a lot of people do so try to avoid using it and you won't get any suspensions/warn

Maybe someone took offense and reported it.

A lot of people call things "gay" but does that mean it is acceptable?

U may have ment it in that context, but it could have been viewed by other members/staff members in a differant context
