No.
You're just able to upload it one few sites and paste the URL into the empty box.

Upload your picture to one of these image hosting sites

www.imageshack.com
www.tinypic.com

Once uploaded, take the direct URL and place it where people above me have already stated.

U will need to upload the image u want to use to an image hosting site:

Tinypic.com
Photobucket.com
Imageshack.com

& use the "Direct Link URL" from the hosting site
