Now I wonder how can I fix this without me getting rds(Changing the ip perhaps)?

Do a maximum of ~20 games per hour. This will reduce the number of realm downs. If you have multiple CD key, restart Diablo 2 with a different key every 15 games and you will have almost no more realm downs.

do 20 runs maximal in 1 hour. to avoid realm downs you could also use multiple cd keys.
you could also change your ip by resetting the router ( if its a dynamic one )

yes it matters and yes you could change your ip every hour ( but imo it's annoying )
