I hear it's good to actually do before and after, but if you don't then do after since that is when your muscles are broken up looking for nutrients to repair them and uses the creatine to repair them.

Just remember to drink lots and lots of water while using creatine cause it can be dangerous.

ok but after the workout, im taking a shake of protein too so what do i do i mix creatine with protein or .. ?

It depends on your creatine type, I guess you got monohydrate? Normal powder or pills?

As Kampy already said, you have to drink a lot of water, atleast 4-5 liters a day. Otherwise your waterworks could take damage.

Either mix creating with grape juice or dextrose. This will speed up and improve uptake. You can add the protein whenever you want to.

That's one loading strategy of a 6-8 week creatine cycling. It differs from taking creatine the usual way.
