i'm playing League of legends, and i only have 7 frames per second
this is very hard to play in...
i tried closing everything wish task manager except the game, but that didn't help

Check video settings set to lower settings

k just set them all to very low and turned shadows off
max i get is 18 fps now
still not good...

System specs?

Is it a windows or MAC? I suppose its windows because you know how to use a mac.
