I submitted my Account Recovery request on Sunday July 31st and I still haven't heard anything yet. Is this normal?

It may take a around a week or more. (for me it took 12 days - but it varies from person to person)

Just be patient and wait for an answer. It will come with time.

It is normal, there are many recovery requests sent everyday and no one will have priority over another. With that said, the more information that you can provide, especially specific details, the faster and more likely your recovery will be accepted. It generally takes around a week, however it can take longer.

In the mean time, please log off this account and don't use it again. Also, do not make any other accounts.
Patiently wait for the response to be sent to you.
