When im using my own internet i can't log on Europe.
But when im using my nightbours internet i can.

Can someone maybe help or know this?

What error message are you getting?

Try deleting your bnet cache or unplug your router for 10 mins or so, it should fix any connection issues.

/e: it's a different connection from yours and your friends correct?

So i delete bnet cache and turn off my internet?

My shot: You've router and you've blocked european port. However I'm almost sure I'm wrong

Yep it is.

Alright, good. Just unplug your router for roughly 10 mins or so and it should fix the issue. Also, like I had said, delete your bnet cache (a new one will be created when you log on).
There's been several people in the last couple days with similar issues.
