I was suspended for the following comment for 4.5 hours.

Given my warn, and my desire to stay active on this site I was hoping for clarification on the incident in question.

IMO you should have just ignored iRowe's comment since it would be tough to respond to that positively.

I'm sure you know this but you should PM hapycmpr, lc3, or lajo to discuss any unfair warn/suspension you may have received.

This about sums it up.


Sometimes, it's better to let things go and not say anything. Replying to him with comments like that really only stirs the pot.

My suspension cannot be overturned. I would just information about how this is flaming so I can correct said behavior to avoid 60% warn. I am really honestly having trouble understanding how I flamed. I told another user who had a negative experience to ignore haters, and continue on as is. I believe my attitude was positive, and not at the expense of Irowe, who all I refereed to was "a hater"

How is calling someone who expresses negativity, "a hater" flaming.

I am having trouble making the connection from point A. to point B. Please help me see the difference.

Irowe has asked me NOT to report posts because he sends a private message to "Squll" who gives people harsher suspensions / less warnings than other users. Irowe had confideded trust in me when he told me to stop reporting posts from a specific user, because he was reporting them directly to squll. I checked during my suspension, and Squll was one of 6 people on with the moderator credentials to suspend me, and I find it ironic all i said was "irowe is a hater"

I guess I will PM you, though I was hoping for an open discussion.

Grab your dick and fuck them all is a cliche from the US army, and equates to not taking shit from anyone. The comment was not applied to to anyone directly to be "fucked" and I thought my color commentating writing style would add humor to a soft subject of being barefoot in everyday life.

People tend to think of barefooters as "pussies" and as a 6'4" 210 pound US Army veteran, I enjoy being a barefooter. I "grab my dick and fuck them all" "Them all being the haters, who express negativity to my way of life" I fuck them all, by continuing to abstain from wearing shoes.

My comment is not directional to anyone, and I am honestly confused in regards to my suspension and I seek to prevent my 60% warn.

You can discuss that with the Moderators I listed when defending yourself.

You're right that suspension can't be turned around but Moderators certainly can apologize for the suspension and it may bring you further from another 10% warn if that makes sense.

However I can't tell you if it was unjust or not, you'll have to talk to one of them about it
