my friend just made a new acc and donated 20$ on it but the problem is that we cannot register it because of the wrong email but we cannot change email cause whenever we go to settings a white screen just pops up but it doesnt happen on my acc any ideas what to do?

the thing was i remade the topic because we figured out the password but the settings will not alow us to change the email

Since u figured out the password, I'm assuming u have access to the account now

Go to:
Settings change Email

Enter the old email & the new one u want to change it to

He will have to revalidate his account

He can also resend the email validation & check is Spam/junk folder for the validation link (if he has access to the old email)

Try clearing ur cookies/cache & reloading d2jsp

Your friend has to re install his/ her web browser. If that does not help, then your friend has to re install his/ her machine. Good luck.

do your friend live close to you?
if so he can try logon to jsp on your computer since it seems to be working for you?
