Reporting it is all you need to do, if it happens again and again then you should PM a Trade Moderator about it.

first, you should have posted in the appropriate area
you were posting an ISO, so i guess he was selling

But the topic says clearly stuk3hus unid anni shop, and he knew it was wrong forum before he psoted.
I reported the topic as spam, and not illegal trade, that is why I post here now

I didn't reply on it, I just noticed what his post said when I upped the topic, so I edited my post jsut saying, *topic is closed, do not up it, cuz of thread-stealer*
