you're a scammer, thats not trolling mhmhm..

Yes he can get unlocked, there's a process to it

It takes time, patience & a possitive attitude

But also required all scams to be paid back (if scammer tagged) inorder to start the process

Yes, you can.
When you repay your scam you can get unlocked.

This can take loads of time to get unlocked even when you've already repaid.

My advise is: "Don't ever scam!"
