you cannot imbue magical items , you could reroll magical items hoping you get a better roll with gems


i have seen people getting great weapons by using the reroll recipe

look it up in the horadric cube recipes

Forgot you can craft magic items

You could try your luck and Craft the ammy (but it will change all the current stats of the item)
