It will most likely be in the end of September. Ladder resets every 6 month, according to a Blizzard poll. Last reset was March, 28th.

If it helps, Blizzard usually gives a 2 week warning before the ladder reset. so if it resets on september 28th or around there (which i think it will) they should give a warning on diablo 2 as you log in 2 weeks prior to the reset.
