reciepe for replinishin quantity for tstrokes? i tried ort+any chipped didnt work and i tried 1 spear+quiver of arrow also didnt work! lmk if they can be recharged plz

This will repair your weapon.

There is no recipe to replenish your quantity, repairing it does the trick ;)
