is there any folder in game where you can see which accounts log from this pc not characters accounts would be really nice if someone can help

There isn't, only for characters.

Only will show characters. nothing more

Go to My computer -> Local Disk C -> Program files - > Diablo II give it a look I remember once I saw my account name written in the folder of the character... though I m not sure if this will happen to you or if me was actually a glitch or something.
