Hey, just made an account on here and I'm trying to message a friend that's helping me out but it wont let me.

This is the error message: "You must wait a short period of time before sending another private message". (But I haven't sent any yet).

maby you dubble click ( Sent ) real fast then you sent msg allready

You have to wait a short amount of time after registering to post or pm. Since you can post you can probably pm now.
